3M™ Scotchcast™ Re-Enterable Electrical Insulating Resin 2123 is a soft, two-part polybutadiene resin encapsulant. This resin has good handling and performance characteristics and is formulated for re-enterable splice protection. This multi purpose, moisture sealing resin bonds to nearly all cable jackets. Features: High performance re-enterable resin in bag package for sealing and insulating low voltage cables connections in electrical boxes; Typical hardness (ASTM D2240) - 0 Shore A; Has 62 minute gel time at 23 ±C (73 ±F); Useful for sealing and electrical insulation in potting applications; Withstands a max temperature in continuous use of 90 ±C (194 ±F); Elongates 300% longer than its original size for easy insulation or wrapping
