3M™ Scotchlok™ Male Disconnect is an insulated disconnect which attaches to its mating part by slipping the tongue of the male part over the female tab. This disconnect offers superior holding force while allowing for quick and easy disconnect. Its electrolytic copper construction offers good conductivity and a tin-plated finish resists corrosion. The terminal has a fully insulated, nylon, butted-seam barrel and withstands temperatures of -40 to 221 degrees F (-40 to 105 degrees C). 3M™ Scotchlok™ Male Disconnects are UL Recognized and CSA certified. Features: Non-insulated, butted-seam barrel ensures a secure fit and offers reliable performance; Beveled mouth offers easy insertion of wires; Wider tongue design for use on free-standing studs; Made of electrolytic copper for good conductivity and has tin plating for corrosion resistance; Withstands a maximum temperature of 347 degrees F (175 degrees C) for bare terminals; 600V-rated for building wire and 1000V for signs, fixtures or luminaires
