Its short installed length is excellent for installations in limited spaces, such as those with motors, starters, switchgear, variable speed drives, transformers and similar connections which often reduce the need to add auxiliary boxes when enclosure space is limited. The 3M™ Cold Shrink QT-III Silicone Rubber Termination 7663-S-8 has a conductor size range for 5 kV: 300-500 kcmil, 8 kV: 250-500 kcmil, 15 kV: 2/0 AWG-300 kcmil, 25/28 kV: 2-4/0 AWG and 35 kV: 2-2/0 AWG. Features: Provides a void-free seal to jacketed concentric neutral and concentric neutral power cables; High dielectric-constant material regulates the distribution of electric field stress; Suitable for outdoor applications; Silicone rubber insulation offers durability and reduces leakage currents in damp conditions
