The Westinghouse Saf-T-Brace All-Metal Fan Box allows you to safely install your ceiling fan or lighting fixture without having to access attic space. The Saf-T-Brace features a heavy-duty, 1-1/2 in. deep, dual-mount electrical box with a 15.5-cu. in. wiring capacity. The three teeth easily twist and lock into the ceiling joists for security and stability. The electrical box can be positioned anywhere on the brace to fit your project needs. Ideal for installation during remodeling, the mounting brace can be installed in finished ceilings through a hole large enough for the box. UL listed to support light fixtures up to 150 lbs. on 16 in. centers and 50 lbs. on 24 in. centers.
