We will rebrand to Echo Electric starting June 2nd!
On June 2, 2025, Pepco will officially transition to Echo Electric, complete with a new name, logo, and enhanced business platforms.
This transformation includes an integration to a new enterprise system and website, designed to provide you with improved capabilities, enhanced logistics, and expanded services to better support our customers across the Midwest!

What You Need To Know
We remain dedicated to delivering an unmatched customer experience and ensuring a smooth transition. As part of this process, we are providing a Business Information Packet with key documents to support updates to your business transactions.
- The name and logo on invoices after June 2nd will be Echo Electric
- As an Pepco customer, you will receive new account numbers
- Payments should be submitted to Springfield Electric Supply Company, LLC dba Echo Electric
- There is a new remittance address and tax ID (see W9 form available below)
- Update your company information and view the updated account terms as part of this integration (see Credit Application link below).
- If you are tax-exempt, please provide the documentation if you have not already sent them in.
Updated Remittance Address
All open sales transactions and customer receivable will transition to Echo Electric. Beginning June 2nd, all remittances for payments should be sent to Echo Electric at the following address:

We will continue to accept checks by mail, electronic check, and other electronic forms such as ACH or Wire transfer. You may also take advantage of online payments through via ACH. For ACH information or to set up BillTrust, please contact your Customer Accounts Specialist for more information.
