We've redesigned the Digital Job Center based on feedback from customers, making it easier than ever to stay organized and manage your projects. The user-friendly platform is easy to learn and filters down complex orders to what's most relevant for you.
Utilize the My Jobs page to easily navigate to your projects. There are a number of different filter options, such as by Project Name, Project Type, Project Status and more. From here, you can go to a Job Dashboard or directly into a specific page for any of your projects.
Elevate your projects with the new Job Dashboard. Access all of the projects, blanket orders, active shipments and open orders for a Job Account in one centralized location. The Job Dashboard gives you the ability to effortlessly switch between your job's projects to view and track material, access billing, job documents and more.
Finding project information is now easier than ever with the enhanced Shipment Status Report. Monitor material ship dates, find tracking information, access PODs, and view stored material – all in real-time. Expand any row to get more details regarding your shipments.
Release material for delivery to the jobsite. This request goes directly to your Echo Electric Project Manager for review and approval. All you have to do is specify what you need, add any necessary comments and send it through.
View every previous release request submitted for your project. This tool helps you stay organized and work more efficiently. Avoid time wasted trying to find information buried in emails.
Access all relevant project documents. Submittals, Operation and Maintenance Manuals (O&Ms), Certificates of Insurance (COI’s), pictures and more can easily be viewed and downloaded at any time. Reference the upload date for each document to ensure you’re viewing the latest document.
Keep track of your project spend. Track your current material spend, freight and tax spend, and the amount left to bill. Having access to financials throughout the project can help eliminate or reduce discrepancies at the end of the job.
